Beaver Creek Ranch

is a one hundred eighty five acre International Certified Organic (OCIA) farm located in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. Beef, poultry and hogs are range fed organic grass, hay and grains. Beaver Creek Ranch meets all USDA, Japan and European Union organic standards.
    The uniqueness of their beef, the Scottish Highland, is most noteworthy. This breed sports three to four foot long horns and shaggy hair. The flavor of this beef is outstanding and tender. Beaver Creek Ranch is also helping to revive the Mulefoot pig, an extremely rare heritage breed pig.
    All cuts of beef, pork and chicken are USDA inspected and vacuum packaged. Beef sticks, summer sausage and smoked turkey legs are fully cooked, and are MSG and chemical free. Bacon and smoked turkey legs are processed with spinach, are chemical free and are USDA approved.
